Grounded Mod Menu Setup
The mod menu is the control panel for every cheat in the trainer. Five minutes of setup saves an hour of guessing which toggle does what.
Open the menu in-game
After download and setup, press your bind key (default is documented in the loader). Categories mirror features: combat, movement, crafting, survival.

Suggested first toggles
New players: infinite health, resource highlight, free crafting off until you understand recipes. Veterans: fly mode for scouting, spawn items only in single player tests.
Read god mode and free crafting before you flip everything on.
After game updates
Check status when Grounded patches. Menu layout rarely changes; offsets do. Renew on pricing if your license expired.
