What are Grounded console commands and do they replace Grounded Cheats?

Console commands use a PC UE4 unlocker (~ key) for solo saves — god, teleport, AddScience, and summon cheats. They are not Xbox or PlayStation tools and they do not include ESP or aimbot for live sessions. Grounded Cheats is a separate maintained package with ESP, wallhack, aimbot, and map tools.
